When can I use Afterpay at BOUNCE?
Afterpay is available for bookings made online or over the phone with our Contact Centre. Afterpay is not available in-store.
I am booking a Party, can I pay with Afterpay?Yes, you can use Afterpay when you book your BOUNCE party online at bounceinc.co.nz. Please note that we require a $150 minimum deposit payment to be made at the time of booking for all BOUNCE parties. If you wish to pay the entire balance of your party on Afterpay, please select this option at checkout. Otherwise, the remaining balance of your party must be made at reception upon arrival for your party via cash or card.
What time should I arrive for my booking?      We suggest arriving 20 minutes prior for all admission bookings to allow time for parking and checking in.
If you’ve got a party booked with us, this time is built into the party structure, so there’s no need to arrive much earlier than your start time!
Please make sure to check your closest venue for opening times.
What’s the parking situation?      On-site parking is available but limited in peak times. We recommend you carpool with your mates for pre-BOUNCE fun.
We know parking can be challenging at times during the holidays and wet days so we recommend carpooling with mates or arriving half an hour earlier when the previous session is leaving.
How do I enrol into the BOUNCE Freestyle Academy or Holiday Camp?
All Freestyle Academy enrolments are made through our website via this link.
Holiday Camp enrolments are made through our website via this link.
Do I need to re-enrol into my class for next term?
If you are already enrolled in the Freestyle Academy, your enrolment If you are already enrolled in the Freestyle Academy, your enrollment will be provisionally reserved for the following term. To confirm your booking, payment will need to be made prior to the Term starting.
Are there waiting lists for classes?
Unfortunately not. If the class you’re after is booked out, the best thing you can do is keep checking back on the booking page to see if a spot becomes available.
Do BOUNCE Freestyle Academy classes run over the school holidays?
Our Freestyle Academy classes only run during the school Term. If you’re interested in activities over the School Holidays, check out our Holiday Camps!
Do classes run on public holidays?
Classes do not run on public holidays.
Will I be charged for public holidays, even if there are no classes?
No, you will not be charged for any classes that fall on a public holiday.
What happens if I’m going to miss a class?
If you are not attending a class, please let us know in advance via the Contact Us form here:
Please note that as per BOUNCE Terms and Conditions all BOUNCE products are non-refundable. You will not be reimbursed or credited for any missed classes.
Do I need to accompany my child while at Flight Squad?Children under the age of 14 must be always supervised by a parent/guardian whilst visiting BOUNCE. A parent/guardian must be over the age of 18. We have a cafe and FREE Wi-Fi, so bring your laptop, or just enjoy a coffee.
What do I wear?
We recommend athletic clothing with some stretch – tracksuit pants, leggings or even baggy jeans are fine. In  winter the venue can get cold, so please dress appropriately for warmth.Â
For everyone’s comfort and safety, please note:
- Clothing should cover the midsection/tummy (a sports bra on its own isn’t suitable)
- No visible gang patches.
- No hats to be worn inside the venue.
BOUNCE grip socks are compulsory to avoid slipping these can be purchased online + instore and are yours to keep and use again at all subsequent visits. Grip socks must be clean, intact and not worn down. If socks are no longer suitable, you may be asked to replace them.
Lace-up, flat-soled and closed toe sports/skate shoes must be worn in X-Run, Wall Climb, Walking Sticks and High Ropes.
Why do I need to purchase the BOUNCE grip socks?
In accordance with Australia Trampoline Parks Association (ATPA) guidelines, trampoline grip socks must be worn on the trampolines at all times. This is a safety requirement and strictly enforced at our venues, therefore regular socks are not acceptable. Our BOUNCE socks have been tested for our trampolines, and as we cannot guarantee the same level of quality in alternative socks, we do not allow other brands to be worn. Once purchased, they are yours to keep to be used again at all subsequent visits.
Can I bring my own food?
Due to our food health & safety policy, no self-catering is allowed. You are however welcome to bring your own water.Â
Staying hydrated is super important when jumping at BOUNCE so we recommend bringing in a water bottle, however we also have drinking fountains on site.
Visitors who have made a birthday party package booking with us are allowed to bring in their own birthday cake to be contained in their private party room. Should you wish to access our BOUNCE catering menu, a room hire purchase is required. To book a room, we require 10 days notice prior to your date. For more details and to book a room, please call the main office on 09600 5397, Mon-Fri, 10-4 pm.
Do you have lockers?
BOUNCE has open cubbies and paid secure lockers available.
Is there cooling in the venues?
While some BOUNCE venues have air conditioning, all venues are equipped with ventilation. Please keep in mind, during hotter months and at full capacity, our venues can feel quite warm. All BOUNCE venues have drink taps available with the cafe serving cold drinks all day to cool off.
Are there change tables?
Yes! Every BOUNCE venue has one accessible bathroom on-site which includes a baby changing table, toilet, sink & rubbish bins.
Is Wall Climb included in my ticket?
Yes, every BOUNCE ticket (excluding miniBOUNCER) provides access to all features (excluding Mini BOUNCE Zone) provided that all safety and height requirements are met.
What is the cost of BOUNCE socks?

What do I do if I’m running late?
If you’re running late, you are still able to attend your BOUNCE session and you can start bouncing as soon as you arrive and check in at reception. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend your jump after your session, so you will still need to exit the trampolines at your scheduled finish time, alternatively you can add on an extra 30 minutes of jumping for only $7 per person.
What do I do if I’ve lost something at BOUNCE?
Please keep an eye on your personal belongings while at BOUNCE, as we’re unable to take responsibility for lost items. If you’ve left something behind, you can fill out our lost property form here. For urgent help, pop into your local BOUNCE and our team will be happy to assist.
What is the cost of BOUNCE socks?
BOUNCE socks are $3.00 per pair, you get to keep these socks so take them home, wash them and put them back in your car ready for your next visit
What is the best value ticket option for groups above 4?
We suggest the Awesome 4Some ticket for groups of 4. Any numbers beyond this can be purchased as single tickets or multiple Awesome 4Some tickets. If you prefer a 2 hour session, the 2 Hour Superpass is recommended.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes! With our Awesome 4some ticket, you and three mates can jump as a group of four and save. Got a bigger crew? Our Groups of 10+ tickets gives you an unbeatable discounted rate per person – perfect for parties, teams, or big days out (exclusively online).Â

How long are Group sessions?
Got a crew of 10 or more? Score group discounts on 1, 1.5, or 2-hour jump sessions! School, preschool, or Team Challenge groups get their own 1.5-hour session packed with fun and energy.

What is the minimum number of participants for a Group experience?
All you need is 10 jumpers to kick off an epic Group experience at BOUNCE!
Can I hire the entire BOUNCE venue for a private function?
Yes – Exclusive Venue Hire is available at all 3 of our BOUNCE venues but is subject to availability, please contact us here: for a quote.
Are venues able to print out invites?
We don’t print party invitations on site, but we’ve got you covered! You can easily download and print our ready-to-go invitations at home.

What do I do if something happens and I can’t attend my party?
You will need to contact us as soon as possible. As per our terms and conditions all BOUNCE bookings are non-refundable, this is also applied to Birthdays.Â
If a party is cancelled 3+ weeks before the booking 50% of the original deposit will be refunded. Parties cancelled or moved within 3 weeks are not eligible to be refunded their deposit but will not be liable for the remainder of the balance.Â
You may cancel or change the date of your party up to 10 days prior to it, however, please note that your $150 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any cancellations or date changes made within 10 days of the party will be charged the full balance.
What does a party look like if the kids are different ages?
If you have children who are under 110cm/ 5 years old and under + children who are over 110cm/over 5 years old, then you must book the Ultimate Party Package (miniBOUNCE Party Packages are exclusively for children under 110cm/5 years old and under).
Please keep in mind that all children who are under 110cm/5 years old or under must remain in our Mini BOUNCE Zone and the party host will stay with the older kids as they explore the general areas during the jumping time.
Can I have extra guests in the party room who aren’t booked? I.e. adults
Certainly! You are allowed to bring a parent with you. However, depending on the room that has been booked, it is recommended to have one parent per child to ensure everyone can fit comfortably.
Can I bring my own food?
We have a strict policy against bringing any other food and drink onto the premises in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Can I bring a birthday cake?
You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake if you have an Ultimate or miniBOUNCE Party Package booked with us; however, by doing so, you accept full responsibility for any food consumed while at BOUNCE as you brought outside food into the premises. To comply with Auckland Council Health and Safety Regulations we have a strict policy against bringing any other food and drink onto the premises.
Please note: Due to health and safety regulations (fire) we only allow standard birthday candles. Novelty exploding, sparkling or any other non-standard candles cannot be used at BOUNCE.
Can I bring balloons or decorations to my party?
You are welcome to put up decorations in the room, we allow for table decorations and if there is anything for the walls this must only be attached with bluetac only. No tape or staples are allowed. If walls (or party rooms) are damaged there can be a penalty fee of $50. No glitter or confetti.
Please keep in mind, we cannot always guarantee early access to the room to set up decorations due to the room being used prior to your party, however if you liaise with your Party Host on the day of your party, they may be able to arrange a time for you to decorate 5-10 minutes before the eating time.
If I have less than 8 party guests, do I still need to pay for 8?
Yes, even if there are less than 8 guests bouncing, the minimum payment for 8 still needs to be made.
Can I add/remove guests to a Birthday booking?
Yes! You can make changes to your party booking up to 10 days before your event. Need to add more guests? This depends on availability, so the sooner you let us know, the better chance we have of securing extra spots. You can also reduce your numbers as long as final guest details are confirmed 10 days prior to your party.
If you need to adjust numbers within 10 days of your party, we’ll always do our best to help. While changes can’t be guaranteed at this stage, if it’s possible we can reduce by up to 5 jumpers per party with a $20 admin fee applied.
What if more/less children show up on the day of the party?
As outlined in the BOUNCE terms and conditions, the final number of children you book and pay for including any extras is non-refundable. If more guests arrive on the day than you’ve booked for, just let our team know when you check in. We’ll do our best to get them jumping with the group! Please note, extra catering can’t be provided, but you’re welcome to order additional food from our BOUNCE café.
What if a child in the party has an allergy?
At BOUNCE, we want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience. While we can’t cater specifically for allergies and cannot guarantee our food is free from traces of nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, fish, or other ingredients, we’re here to help.
If a child in your group has allergies, please contact our team here: to make arrangements to bring in a special meal just for them (please note: no hot or fast food permitted).
How many guests can I invite to a party?
BOUNCE parties require a minimum of 8 children to book. Extra guests can be added for a per-person price, so the more kids, the more fun!
Our online booking system allows up to 20 children per party package, but we can host up to 40 jumpers. If you’d like to book for more than 20, simply contact our team here: and we’ll help organise it (subject to availability).
Please note: final numbers must be confirmed before your party date, and refunds can’t be given for no-shows on the day.
Have I left it too late to book a party?
We ask for at least 10 days’ notice to organise a BOUNCE Party, so we can make sure everything is set for an awesome celebration.

If a full Party Package isn’t possible, you can still book a Group session for heaps of jump time (just without a party room or catering)
Do I have to stay at the party with my child?
The birthday booking manager is required to stay at the party, but other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun if they want, but this is not mandatory.
Can we start the party in the party room?
Because we’ve found that full tummies and jumping don’t mix, our parties begin on the trampolines.
What food and drinks are provided in the party packages?
Please visit the BOUNCE Party page on our website to see what food is provided for each party package.
Can adults jump with the children?
We love it when parents join the fun! While parents aren’t included in the party package, we highly encourage you to jump in too. Simply book a general admission ticket with your party booking. Our sessions often book out, so be sure to secure your spot early!
Can I stay longer?
Want to keep the fun going? You and your guests can book extra jumping time for an additional charge! Every Party Package includes 40 minutes in the party room after jumping, but if you’d like to extend the celebration, simply contact our team at least 10 days before your party date to check availability and lock in extra time.
Can I include jump time for children who are not included in the package?
To join the fun, any children not included in the party package will need their own admission ticket. Our venues often reach capacity, so book early to avoid missing out!
Extra guests are welcome in the party room after jumping, and while the party package food isn’t included with their admission, you can easily add on delicious adult platters to keep everyone catered for. It’s the perfect way to make your celebration bigger and better!
What is the age limit?
One of the great things about trampolining is that anyone can do it, from young children to their parents and even grandparents. In order to ensure the safety of everyone, miniBOUNCERs must be under 5 years old or under 110cm and able to walk unassisted.Â

Is there a weight limit on the trampolines?
The recommended maximum weight limit for our trampolines, based on supplier specifications, is 120kg.Â

Can I jump with a cast/splint/moon boot?
For safety reasons, guests wearing a cast, splint or moon boot aren’t able to bounce.
Can I BOUNCE if I’m pregnant?
For safety reasons, guests who are pregnant aren’t able to bounce.
What are the most important safety rules?
Our four core safety rules are:
- One at a time – only one jumper per trampoline.
- Always jump within your skill level.
- Never jump or land on the padding.
- No running on or around the trampolines (including tag).

What age does a person have to be to supervise a child?
To supervise a child, you must be 18 years or older. We suggest bringing ID for anyone who looks under the age of 25 so that we can identify the supervisor’s age.
At what age can a person attend BOUNCE without adult supervision?
Anyone 14 years old or older can come in for a BOUNCE session without an adult/parent/guardian. For anyone under 14 years old, we require a parent/guardian over the age of 18 to supervise (unless you are attending our BOUNCE Holiday Programme).
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommended booking in advance to ensure you can jump when you want. Weekends and holidays sell out in advance and walk-ins cannot be accommodated if we are sold out.

Do I need a ticket if I’m only spectating?
Admission for spectators is free to the café and general areas of the park, however if you wish to go up onto the trampoline area and activities our parks have a capacity limit for health and safety compliance, and you will need to buy a general admission ticket.
Is my booking refundable or transferrable?
All payments are non refundable & non-transferable, excepting permitted changes made online up to 24 hours prior. For parties, these changes must be made more than 10 days prior.
The website says it’s booked out, are there still spaces available?
Once a session is fully booked online, there are no spaces left in the venue. To make sure you don’t miss out, we recommend booking your tickets in advance especially on weekends and during school holidays when sessions fill up fast!
I don’t have a credit card. Can i pay when i get there?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, so it’s easy to book in advance. If you are unable to book online then you can make a booking over the counter however by not booking in advance you run the risk of missing out or waiting for a session with available space.Â
How do I redeem a voucher?
Add your selected tickets to your cart, and when you get to the checkout screen you will be able to apply your gift card code in the prompt, where it will automatically apply for you. Only one code can be applied per booking.

What do I do if I’m running late?

You are welcome to put up decorations in the room, we allow for table decorations and if there is anything for the walls this must only be attached with bluetac. No tape or staples are allowed. If walls (or party rooms) are damaged there can be a penalty fee of $50. No glitter or confetti.
Please keep in mind, we cannot always guarantee early access to the room to set up decorations due to the room being used prior to your party, however if you liaise with your Party Host on the day of your party, they may be able to arrange a time for you to decorate 5-10 minutes before the eating time.
Yes, even if there are less than 8 guests bouncing, the minimum payment for 8 still needs to be made.
Yes – You have up to 10 days before a party booking to make any amendments to your numbers. Adding guests is subject to availability so if you think you need to do this, let us know as soon as possible to secure the space. Removing guests can also be done, as long as the final numbers are provided 10 days before the date of your party.Â
If you contact us within 10 days of your party to change your numbers, there is no guarantee those changes will be accommodated as this is outside our terms and conditions, however if the change is possible we will only be able to decrease by up to 5 jumpers per party and a $20 admin fee will be applied.
As stated in the BOUNCE terms and conditions, the final number of children you pay for and any extras you add on are unfortunately both non-refundable. If more children turn up on the day than you have booked for, let us know as soon as you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate them with jumping time however, we will be unable to provide additional catering and would recommend ordering food from our BOUNCE café.
We are not able to cater for guests with allergies and we cannot guarantee that our food is free of traces of nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, fish or any other similar ingredients. If a child has allergies, please contact our team here: to arrange to bring in your own meal just for the allergic child (no hot or fast food allowed).
BOUNCE parties require a minimum of 8 children. Extra children can be included for a per person price but numbers attending must be confirmed 10 days prior to the date of the booking, there will be no refunds for no-shows on the day.
Our online booking system only allows up to 20 children in a party package to be booked, however we can cater to a maximum of 40 children so please contact our team here: at least 10 days prior to the date of your party if you would like to book more than 20 (this is subject to availability).
We require a minimum of 10 days’ notice to organize a BOUNCE Party, if you have less than 10 days you can give us a call on 09 600 5397 but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your group for a party package booking. If you are unable to have a BOUNCE Party, we recommend booking a group for jumping time, but no party room or catering.
The birthday booking manager is required to stay at the party, but other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun if they want, but this is not mandatory.
As we’ve found that full tummies and jumping don’t mix, our parties begin on the trampolines.

Yes! However, parents are not included in the party package, so it is essential that adults who wish to jump book a general admission ticket with the party booking. BOUNCE parks have a capacity and sessions often book out, so it is important to book in advance.
You and your guests are welcome to book extra jumping time for an additional charge.
Party Packages include 40 minutes in the party room after jumping. If you would like more time, please contact our team here: at least 10 days prior to the date of your party to discuss if the room is available and the additional charge.
It is essential to purchase an admission ticket with the party booking for any children who are not included in the party package. BOUNCE parks have a maximum capacity and sessions often book out. These guests are welcome to join the party in the party room afterwards, but the party package food is not included in their admission.
You are welcome to purchase additional adult platters for your party to cater for guests who are not included in the package.
Anyone 14 years old or older can come in for a BOUNCE session without an adult/parent/guardian. For anyone under 14 years old, we require a parent/guardian over the age of 18 to supervise.

For safety reasons, guests wearing a cast, splint or moon boot aren’t able to bounce.

Admission for spectators is free to the café and general areas of the park, however if you wish to go up onto the trampoline area and activities our parks have a capacity limit for health and safety compliance, and you will need to buy a general admission ticket.
All payments are non refundable & non-transferable, excepting permitted changes made online up to 24 hours prior. For parties, these changes must be made more than 10 days prior.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, so it’s easy to book in advance. If you are unable to book online then you can make a booking over the counter however by not booking in advance you run the risk of missing out or waiting for a session with available space.
All Freestyle Academy enrolments are made through our website here.
If you are already enrolled in the Freestyle Academy, your enrollment will be provisionally reserved for the following term. To confirm your booking, payment will need to be made prior to the Term starting.
No, If the class you’re after is booked out, the best thing you can do is keep checking back on the booking page to see if a spot becomes available.
Our Freestyle Academy classes only run during the school Term. If you’re interested in activities over the School Holidays, check out our Holiday Camps!
Classes do not run on public holidays.
No, you will not be charged for any classes that fall on a public holiday.

Please note that as per BOUNCE Terms and Conditions all BOUNCE products are non-refundable. You will not be reimbursed or credited for any missed classes.
Children under the age of 14 must be always supervised by a parent/guardian whilst visiting BOUNCE. A parent/guardian must be over the age of 18. We have a cafe and FREE Wi-Fi, so bring your laptop, or just enjoy a coffee.
We suggest the Awesome 4Some ticket for groups of 4. Any numbers beyond this can be purchased as single tickets or multiple Awesome 4Some tickets. If you prefer a 2 hour session, the 2 Hour Superpass is recommended.
General Groups of 10+ tickets are available in 1, 1.5 or 2 hour sessions.
Team Challenge, School or Preschool tickets are available in 1.5 hour sessions.
