Get ready to party at BOUNCE!
You can expect an easy, no-fuss, and unbelievably AWESOME party experience when you celebrate at BOUNCE. Here’s some helpful tips and information to get you ready for the big day!
Preparing to BOUNCE
Party amendments
Party guests numbers can change up to 10 days prior to your party. A minimum of 8 guests is required. If you have no-shows on the day, unfortunately your balance will not change and the full amount will still be payable, however a sibling, cousin or even parent can jump in to play. Please note that additional guests are subject to availability.
If more children turn up on the day than you have booked for, let us know as soon as you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate them with jumping time however, we will be unable to provide additional catering and would recommend ordering foodf from our BOUNCE cafe.

Birthday invites
Invites can be found on your confirmation email to send to all of your party guests or Ultimate Party invitations are available for download here: and miniBOUNCE Party invitations are available for download here:
Don’t forget to tell all your guests to bring closed toe shoes for certain features.
BOUNCE grip socks will be provided to all guests on arrival.
External food
No external food or drink is allowed at BOUNCE except for your BYO birthday cake, if you have booked a party package. Utensils, cups and plates are all provided at BOUNCE.
Party check in
Arrival
There’s no need to arrive too early for your party. You can find your dedicated arrival time on your booking confirmation email and invites to ensure you and your guests aren’t waiting too long for your party to start. Our awesome Party Host will be waiting at our Party Check In to greet your guests, get them checked in and ready to party.
Decorations
If you intend to decorate the room, we will do our best to accomodate but cannot guarantee early access. Please liaise with your Party Host on the day of your party, they may be able to arrange a time for you to decorate 5-10 minutes before the eating time.
Freestyle activities
Celebrations will start on the trampolines after your check-in time and will last for a total of 60 minutes for Ultimate Parties and 45 minutes in the Mini Zone for miniBOUNCE Parties. You can expect fun, inclusive activities, showcasing all the best areas of bounce. Late arrivals will join your party on the activities. Your party host will take care of entertaining your jumpers while our team behind the scenes will ensure your party runs smoothly.
Non-jumping guests
Family and parents of guests are invited to relax in the café to enjoy and watch the party until your group moves into their party room.
Photos on the day
We guarantee memories will be made during your celebrations. Be sure to snap pics and take videos along the way to capture this big day. Tag us at @bounceincnz on instagram to share the fun!
Party room
Exclusive access
When your birthday jumper and their friends have finished unleashing on the trampolines, your party Host will lead everyone to your private party room.
From there, you have exclusive access for 40 mins to enjoy delicious party food favourites, relive all the memories, sing a big happy birthday and eat cake!
That’s a wrap
No clean up
Your party host will let you know when the party is coming to an end before it’s time to vacate the room. The good news is, you can walk away and leave our bounce team to take care of the clean up!
Second hour
If you have opted for the Extra Fun Time party package your guests can head back out for an addtitional 50 minutes of freestyle fun.
