2. Select your preferred venue (passes can be used at any BOUNCE venue in Auckland but we ask you to choose a home venue in the checkout).

Can the passes be transferred between people?
Yes, you can transfer this pass between guests.
Can the pass be transferred between ticket types?
If you purchased a miniBOUNCER pass, this is valid on miniBOUNCER 1-hour session at BOUNCE venues in Auckland.
If you purchased a General pass, this is valid on General admission for a 1-hour session at BOUNCE venues in Auckland.
Can I use the pass at any venue?
Multi Visit Passes & Gift Of Flight passes are valid at all BOUNCE Auckland venues.
What does each pass include?
miniBOUNCER passes are valid for 1-hour miniBOUNCER tickets. General Admission passes are valid for 1-hour Child general admission tickets.
How long will it take for my Physical Gift of Flight Pack to ship?
Allow up 2 business days to process your order. All orders ship via Post Haste, which is approximately 2 – 5 days for standard post and 1 – 3 days for express post. You can find the exact timing for your region on the Post Haste website. You will receive a tracking number after your package has been processed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
•Passes are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
•Valid at all BOUNCE venues in Auckland.
•Valid on General Admission or miniBOUNCER ticket types only.
•Sessions are subject to availability – online bookings in advance are highly recommended.
• Gift of Flight passes are valid for 1 hour tickets only. Only valid for the ticket type purchased and as specified on the voucher email.
•Lost or stolen passes and codes will not be replaced or refunded.
•Sock Selection: Please select your sock size at purchase. If no size is chosen or if too many pairs are selected, one medium pair will be provided by default.
•Package Contents: Each Gift of Flight pack includes one drawstring bag. If you want to receive multiple pairs of socks, please purchase separate Gift of Flight packs. The 5-pass GOF package includes five vouchers and only one pair of socks.
• Delivery: New Zealand delivery only. Cannot courier to PO boxes. Orders without the $12 delivery fee will default to in-store pickup. Cut off for delivery to receive by Christmas is Wednesday 18 December at 12pm.
