We have two amazing party types to choose from at BOUNCE.

What’s Included:

  • A dedicated BOUNCE Party Host.
  • 1 x birthday gift for birthday child
  • BOUNCE Grip Socks for each party guest
  • 60 minutes of BOUNCE time (option for an extra 50 minutes of un-hosted jumping).
  • 40 minutes in our air-conditioned party room with food (popcorn, lollies, cookies, water and fruit juice + your choice of pizza with garlic bread, BurgerFuel, or sushi)
  • Optional – additional catering menu food

Optional Extras:

  • Extra Fun Time for an extra $12 per person (60 minutes of BOUNCE time + 50 minutes of un-hosted jumping after the room time).
  • Additional catering food options (menu details vary by venue).
  • Bring your own birthday cake (food waiver required).

When booking, you will only pay a $150 deposit (additional catering ordered may also be charged). The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.

What should I bring to the party?

You only need to bring your birthday cake + candles (if you choose to). No other outside food is permitted. We provide everything else, including BOUNCE socks, food, and entertainment hire (additional).

Which party package should I choose for a mixed age group?

The Ultimate Party Package is perfect for groups with mixed ages. Please keep in mind that all children who are under 110cm/5 years old or under must remain in our Mini BOUNCE Zone and the party host will stay with the older kids as they explore the general areas during the jumping time.

How many guests can I invite?

Parties require a minimum of 8 children. You can add extra guests up to 20 via online booking or contact us for more than 20 (7 days’ notice required). If you have fewer than 8 attending, you can still book a party package provided that 8x guests are paid for.

Is the birthday child counted in the total headcount?

Yes, the birthday child must be included in the total headcount for the party.

Can I decorate the party room myself?

Yes, you’re welcome to decorate the party room! Please note that your room is only available to you during your scheduled room time so it is best to keep it simple. No confetti, pinatas, glitter or strings/poppers are allowed. Please use bluetac only (no tape)

Can I put my cake in your fridge?

Yes, you can store your cake in our fridge before the party starts. Just let the staff know when you arrive, and we’ll take care of it for you.

What happens if I would like to cancel or change the date of my booking?

For cancellations or date changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy varies, so check the terms and conditions or speak with our team for specific details regarding fees and time frames.
